This is going to be a short report (shore repor to Stephen Colbert).We were unable to attend the ASHRAE/AHR Expo 2014 at the Javits Center in New York City as a winter storm shut down LaGuardia Airport on Tuesday, Jan 21. The delayed flight that was rescheduled for early Wednesday the 22nd was also cancelled due to air traffic volume and the logistics of cleaning up the airport and de-icing airplanes on the tarmac. Early calls to customers, sales reps and vendors we intended to meet expressed some frustration that the show was 'dead' as attendance was down due to the weather.

There's nowhere we would have preferred to be than Manhattan for this show. Hopefully the attendance figures will have climbed in the following days as the show closes today. Also sending prayers to everyone driving/flying home after this great annual event. Please be safe, we look forward to seeing you in 2015 as the event returns to Chicago!
